Main Aims/Objectives

Providing students aware of the general theory of Civil Procedure Law: inadmissibility of actions. Competence. Alternative litigation resolution means. Arbitration.

Specific Aims/Objectives

The syllabus will allow students to assimilate the knowledge concerning the theoretical framework of civil procedure and organization and structure of courts.

Skills to be acquired

The lectures and tutorials will allow the assimilation of the theoretical knowledge required by this general theory of portuguese civil procedure and court structure.
