Main Aims/Objectives

Basic concepts and mechanisms of the legal field.

Specific Aims/Objectives

Students should aquire the ability to legally qualify the different kinds of problems tha can arise on successions, applying the necessary regime in order to identify the final outcome of the situation.

Skills to be acquired

Ability to solve any legal problem arising from succesion applying the necessary legal regime.

Teaching Procedures

Magiter classes, with case study and hypothesis solving.

1. Notion and types of succession.
2. The succesion designation
3. Death and the opening of the succession procedure.
4 The succession calling.
5. Aquisition and demanding legal rights on succession..
6. Administration, alienation and liquidation.
7. Dividing goods and rights.

Evaluation Type

2 written tests. Oral presentations and tests can be made to allow grade improvement.
