Main Aims/Objectives

Profound knowledge of the philosophy of law, natural law and legal positivism approach, as well as the main actual issues concerning the philosophy of law.

Specific Aims/Objectives

Ability to criticize the law in force and the significance of the law’s justice

Skills to be acquired

Good understanding of the historical evolution of the philosophy of law.
Good understanding of the concept of justice and its proceedings.

Methodology: Oral explanation of the subjects in interaction with the students. Training of their investigation and difficulties.
