Main Aims/Objectives

It is intended that the students gain understanding of the fundamental concepts of introduction to law, as well as more advanced subjects of this discipline and the other with a legal nature that make up the course.
Provide students with knowledge of the law and Originating Derived from EMU.
Provide students with a better understanding of European law on corporate economic relations within the EU and in its relations with non-member states.

Specific Aims/Objectives

Allow better performance of their duties and better service to the global economy include:

Develop intellectual and cognitive capacity and the capacity for critical reflection.

Skills to be acquired

A mandatory test
An individual theme written research paper, and a thematic research work in groups, with oral presentations by all members.
