Main Aims/Objectives
Provide students with a strategic vision of human resource management in order to integrate human capital in the organization ́s strategy, creating value and fueling competitive advantages.
Specific Aims/Objectives
Locate the strategic management of human resources within the corporate strategy
Recognize the different strategies for the management of human resources
Knowing the strategy development process and its implementation applied to human resources management
Know and identify strategies at the level of the main business areas of human resource management
Recognize the employer brand as a strategic approach to human resources management
Skills to be acquired
Implement HR strategies integrated with corporate strategy Formulate and implement HR strategies
Review HR strategies
Develop specific strategies for each HR function
Planning the development of an employer brand
