To know how to work with 3D software.

To know how to work with the CAD software - Inventor.

Create and build 3D objects with Inventor.

Work with materials and textures.

Teaching Procedures

The classes will have a theoretical part, where it will be used the expositive method, and a practical part, where it will be used the demonstrative and the active methods.

Programme

CAD 3D - Inventor
1. Advanced solid modeling
2. Surface modeling
3. Modeling of sheet metal parts
4. Application of textures and photorealistic imaging
5. Exploded views
6. Generation of animations

Evaluation Type

The students will be evaluated by their behaviour in the class:
- Assiduity;
- Participation;
- Interest and commitment.

And also by the two tests made during the semester:
- Technical dexterity and the ability to conceive the project and to solve the problems that might arise;
- Quality of the design.
