Main Aims/Objectives
- Develop the concept of historical evolution of culture; establish relationships between past and present, developing the notion of cultural relativism; start on the specific methodology of the History of Culture;
- Develop capacity for autonomy, and openness to change, understanding the plurality of cultural models, developing an awareness of the problems and values of national culture.
Specific Aims/Objectives
- Understand critically, the major global issues, regional and national
-Be able to develop programs humanists need them regardless of who

- Identify lines of cultural action
-Identity and understand the national heritage as a catalyst for development
-Recognize the national identity across Europe and the world and vice-versa

Presentation of the the matter by the teacher followed by presentation of texts /literay Works, display exemplary monuments and their simultaneous discussion between teacher and studients

Evaluation Type
Presentation of the subject by teacher, followed by the presentation of texts / literary, artistic and viewing of artistic-monumental documents and illustrative and simultaneous discussion between teacher and students.
Regimen A: 1. Attendance (as the general rules of evaluation), 2. Writing exercises (two) on a work, author, monument, cultural period, 3. writing exercise covering the whole of the syllabus.

Literature indicated, overhead projector, slide projector, data projector / power point and the frame; Library (consult general works, special works, computer facilities with Internet access, any public presentation of the information collected and produced
