Main Aims/Objectives

Acquire basic knowledge on the application of criminal law and its judicial application. Mastering the principles of Criminal Procedure and the rules of interpretation and application of criminal procedural law

Specific Aims/Objectives

Apprehending matters related to judicial organization, jurisdiction of the courts for criminal and procedural status of subjects. Knowing the rules of procedure and its procedural intereacção with other institutes

Skills to be acquired

The student should be capable of applying the criminal procedure law, resolving specific situations in various stages of criminal proceedings in order to demonstrate mastery of criminal procedure since the acquisition of crime report until the end of the appellate

Teaching Procedures

The teaching of the course will focus on learning and encourage research strategies and enhance knowledge of the student as a complement to theoretical and pratical classes.
