Main Aims/Objectives

The course has the overall objectives the study of contracts in particular, the breach of contracts, the termination of contracts and guarantees of compliance.

Specific Aims/Objectives

The course has the specific objectives of the study of promissory contract, the regime of some contracts in particular, the rules of termination of contracts and guarantees of obligations.

Skills to be acquired

Students should know the basic rules of contract in particular contained in the Civil Code, is in its theoretical aspect, either in its practical side.

Teaching Procedures

The methodology has as its basis the theoretical exposition, complemented with pragmatic perspective, either through the presentation of case studies to solve, either by presentation (and subsequent discussion) of decisions of higher courts.
