Main Aims/Objectives
This curricular unit has the general objective of transmitting the essential concepts related to Supply Chain Management. The course seeks to provide a complementary view of the offline and online components, including strategic and operational points of view.
Specific Aims/Objectives
1. Promote knowledge about supply chain management in the context of the company considering its internal functioning and the surrounding environment;
2. Provide students with knowledge and techniques related to supply chain management in the current digital context, including electronic commerce and omnichannel.
Skills to be acquired
1.Understand, in general, the concepts, strategies and applications of supply chain management in the current digital age;
2. Understand, in a complementary way, the concept of supply chain management, critically analyzing the company´s performance and operational practices.
Teaching Procedures
Theoretical-practical classes will consist of exposing concepts related to Direct Marketing based on the bibliography of the course. These contents will be illustrated with practical cases encouraging students to discuss and debate. The tutorial orientation sessions will consist of the application of the contents taught in the theoretical-practical classes through the realization of practical exercises and the respective monitoring by the teacher.

Evaluation Type
The evaluation will be made on a continuous basis by performing a set of elements:
- Attendance and participation in class;
- 2 written tests
- 1 practical Work developed in group
Teaching Resources
Two teaching resources will be used:
- The presentations done and delivered by the teacher
- The bibliography recommended by the teacher.
