The event
This Webinar will explore the Directive (EU) 2024/1226 criminalising the violation of European restrictive measures from the criminal law point of view.
To the effect, invited specialists will analyse some of the most pressing substantive and procedural questions raised by that Directive, confronting them with fundamental principles of criminal law.
