Main Aims/Objectives
To promote in students knowledge and skills that enable them to explain the activities undertaken by individuals, groups and organizations. It is intended that students take ownership of models, theories and concepts that foster an understanding of the behaviors that occur in the context of organizations, as well as the impact that the behavior has in Organizations.
Specific Aims/Objectives
Describe and relate:
a) the main disciplinary bases of OB as well as its object of study; b) the relationship between Motivation, Satisfaction and Performance; c) the approaches of leadership and its relationship to the promotion of Creativity; d) Climate, Culture and Strategic Management; e) Change, Learning and Health in Work.
Skills to be acquired
The aim is that students develop an understanding some dimensions that influence the dynamics and outcomes of the Organization and the welfare of man at work. Thus aims to promote diagnostic skills and organizational intervention in conjunction with other actors present in the context of Organizations.
Teaching Procedures
This course will use active methodologies, where the student assumes a central role in the teaching / learning process. The use of roleplaying, the case studies and small group work in this course will be privileged.
