Main Aims/Objectives
This course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to describe the role of Organisational Behaviour in Management. Specifically, students are expected to acquire models, theories and concepts that foster an understanding of the behaviours that occur in the context of Organisations, as well as the impact that these behaviours have on the Organisations themselves.
Specific Aims/Objectives
Describe and relate:
a) The main disciplinary bases of OC, as well as its object of study and intervention;
b) The impact of the post-digital era on OC;
c) Concepts such as learning, communication and motivation and their effects on organisational performance;
d) Leadership approaches;
d) The role of Health and Safety Management in Sustainability.
Skills to be acquired
The aim is for students to develop an understanding of some of the dimensions that affect the dynamics and results of the organisation, as well as human well-being at work. In this way, the aim will be to promote diagnostic and organisational intervention skills in conjunction with other players in the organisational context.
Teaching Procedures
This course will use active methodologies in which the student takes centre stage in the teaching/learning process. Role-playing, case studies and small group work will be favoured.

Evaluation Type
Assessment will take the form of a written assignment and its presentation and defence. The work and presentation must be delivered in digital format.
