Main Aims/Objectives
This CU is aims to enable the study and reflection on the main challenges faced in the confrontation with the job market, as well as the improvement of the students´ professional capacity.
Specific Aims/Objectives
1) To develop capabilities related to the evaluation and intervention in an educative context.
2) To critically analyze the Educational Psychologist intervention domains.
3) Promote reflection and self-assessment on practice in the work context
Skills to be acquired
1) To identify and to apply the generalities and the specific characteristics of educational psychology.
2) To develop and apply effective psychological strategies in order to evaluate and to implement an intervention regarding teaching/learning processes, considering the multiple agents and contexts.

6. Preparation and evaluation of projects
